A good life is always preferred by everyone in this planet. But in order to have this, you need to develop these kinds of behaviors to make your life more meaningful.

1. STAY ACTIVE

There are lots of enjoyable ways to be active.  For example, practicing yoga, taking a stroll, working out, swimming, and trying out new sports. This not only helps you stay fit and healthy, but it also keeps you busy. These activities help to promote positive mental health and decrease the risk of heart diseases.


2. Relax and avoid stress

It's difficult to avoid being stressed, especially for people who have a lot of work to do each day. Nonetheless, you shouldn't sit around feeling stressed out all day without doing anything. Try new things you enjoy doing to increase your happiness without harming other people.

There are many ways to reduce stress. You can try talk to a friend that you think he/she would helps to make you feel better. Cooking is also a fun way to do to make you feel happy if you like cooking. And more activities such as cleaning your room/house, go for a walk, sing karaoke, go for adventures, watch your favorite movies, write a dairy, get a massaged, hang out with friends, and more.

3. Make time for yourself


Whether you're an adult or a teen, you should be able to take a break from your hectic schedule occasionally. The demand of work, school, and family life can make this seem difficult. However, it's crucial for your general well being as well. It's crucial to carve out time in your schedule for self-care, regardless of how busy you are.

These are things that you should do to make time for yourself:

  • Learn to say no  : Don't keep taking on endless tasks. Realize your limits and develop the ability to refuse requests without feeling bad about it.
  • Avoid screen timing : Do not spend too much time on your mobile phone, computer, or other screen that could affect your eyes. Also, too much social media can make you more stressed.
  • Make your time: try to find a free time for yourself so that you can do things that bring you happiness. 
  • No one is perfect: do not expect that you will be doing things all perfectly because in this world no ones is perfect you should understand that and don't be too hard on yourself.

4. Sleep 

Getting enough is extreme important for every human being. You should get 7 or more hours and avoid drinking beer or coffee before bed. Moreover, reading 1-2 hours before bed also help you to sleep well as well. You should have a good regular sleep schedule. 
Sleeping is not only reduce stress but there more benefits such as increased energy, improved memory, improved physical health, losing weight, and better immune system. 


5. Reading books

Reading brings various benefits for you. Having a habit of reading books will help you to be a better person. As it is a source of light on dark days.

 You should create your habit of reading books starting with the book that you are interested in. Reading books improve your writing skill, improve your language skill , improve your memory & focus, and when you are really into reading you will find it as a source of entertainment.




6. Try new things

Life cannot be better and more meaningful if you keep doing the same things without looking for more challenging or different activities.  
Try something new when you're fed up with life, feeling overburdened by the tasks of the day, and unsure of where to go. You can, in fact, approach an old task in a fresh way. In any case, trying something new can make you feel proud of yourself and excited. Here, try some new things. 
Eating new foods can sometimes make you feel much better. Try venturing into more challenging pursuits, such as fishing, camping, or having a picnic by yourself or with friends. More activities that you haven't try before you should give it a go as long as it is not harmful to anyone.

7. Avoid Badmouthing others

You will never have a better life if you put others before yourself. Talking bad things about others also does not make you a better person than them. You must avoid saying bad things about anyone, even the person you hate most. Start to focus more on yourself and be grateful for what you have. 



These seven habits will raise your standard of living and give you a meaningful life with a positive outlook.
